Reasons for No Refunds Policy:

Investment advisory services are intangible and cannot be returned.
Investment advisory services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Once services have been provided, they cannot be resold to another client.
Investment advisory services involve a significant amount of time and expertise. Once services have been provided, the investment advisor cannot recover the time and expertise that was invested.
Exceptions to No Refunds Policy:

If the investment advisor fails to provide the services that were agreed upon.

If the investment advisor engages in any unethical or unprofessional conduct.
Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please submit a written request to the investment advisor within 30 days of the date of the last service provided. The request should include a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the investment advisor.
